It usually has two or three layers. The outer layer is a pp or viscose fabric. It blocks or absorbs liquids. The inner layer is PE film. It helps contain the liquid without permeating. Hot melt adhesive technology ensures the bond to be strong and durable while maintain soft hand feeling.
